When a transaction has special requirements.
No one lawyer is proficient in all aspects of law. Although we value highly the one-on-one personal care that only individual practitioners and small firms can provide, we are also aware that matters often arise requiring consultation with outside counsel whose additional expertise is necessary to produce a quality result.
Several outside counsel with whom we have consulted and whom we will use in the future are: Bruce Weiner, Esq. whose focus is bankruptcy law and who has been a member of the bankruptcy bar for over 35 years; Antar Jones, Esq., a trust and estates lawyer with an LLM in taxation whose practice emphasized wills and estate planning; Kurt Roth, Esq., a real estate practitioner and litigator who has litigated real estate and other matters for over 25 years; Lisa Eisenberg, Esq., an immigration attorney and architect, whose expertise covers individual and corporate clients seeking visas, permanent residence, citizenship and EB-5 qualification; Vivek Boray, Esq., a securities lawyer who has conducted seminars on startups across the nation; Andrea Hirshman, Esq., whose practice concentrates on family law and divorce mediation; and Leonard Colchamiro, AIA, architect and expediter.
